SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within 5–7 business days after purchase. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, an incorrect delivery address, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Shipping charges for orders under $50 will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@vitalriselabs.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, contact us at support@vitalriselabs.com with your order number. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.

Digital Gifts

Complimentary digital recipe books, workout guides, and other downloadable gifts are delivered electronically and are not included in the physical shipment.
